Upfront week - Fox announces schedule; ‘24′ and ‘Dollhouse’ hit midseason
Thursday, May 15th, 2008 by Albert ChingAnd we’ve come to the end of upfront week (terribly sad, yes) - here’s the Fox fall schedule, and helpfully, their midseason one as well. Expect the new J.J. Abrams-produced show, “Fringe,” to get some buzz. If we’re lucky, Fox might cancel it early so nerds can complain about them incessantly on the Internet! Moving “Bones” to Fridays in January seems like a weird move, but we’ll see. The new Joss Whedon project, “Dollhouse,” starring Eliza Dushku, will take the slot of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” starting in January (apparently, “T:TSCC” is getting another short episode order). “24″ is back in January as well (after what will be nearly two years off the air), and they’ll close the gap with a “prequel” of the new season in November.
