Wow, the “scenes from the next episode” on “Nip/Tuck” are almost always so over-the-top and crazy that not only do they rarely seem to be a natural progression of what you just watched, they often don’t even seem like they’re from the same show. I couldn’t even translate what I was seeing to some sort of coherent thought. Something with a dude and a gun and yeahbuhwha?

This was a pretty funny episode; it worked better as a “wacky mess with the format” episode than last year’s “glimpse into the future!” one. Haha, reality shows are crazy! I get it! New York randomly showing up was rather awesome, even if it was just a plug for that show.

I really thought that Evil Sexy Teenager was going to be gone for a few weeks (to plot her evil, sexy revenge, of course), but, nope. Her kiss with Sean was legitimately creepy, and for a show that has consciously risen the bar for “legitimately creepy” moments (incest! organ theft! poop in a hot tub!) that’s no small feat.

I could have used some more with Matt and Kimber, their thread was fairly interesting last week (plus, any use in context of the word “twink” on TV is worth a giggle), plus who wouldn’t want to see more with porn king Bo Duke/Pa Kent .
